The Nevalliance Foundation is a nonprofit dedicated to developing people through learning. We help people grow by giving them the knowledge, skills, and connections to thrive.
Each year, we host two signature events: the International Women's Conference and the Women's Wealth Summit. Together, they have welcomed hundreds of women entrepreneurs, executives, and emerging leaders to learn from one another and from leaders who have walked the path.
We are not a one-day pep talk. Every experience we create is built like a classroom with a heartbeat: interactive, practical, and focused on what you can apply the moment you return to work.
Meet Our Founder
Dr. Neva Helena Alexander, EdD, is the founder of the Nevalliance Foundation and the Founder and CEO of Nevalliance, a training and development firm serving organizations in healthcare, biopharma, government, education, and the nonprofit sector. She holds a Doctorate in Educational Leadership.
Dr. Neva is a published author and TEDx speaker who has presented internationally, including at the United Nations, the Harvard Africa Conference, and in Dubai and New Delhi. Through the Foundation, she brings the same expertise she delivers to organizations directly to women who are building their careers, businesses, and communities.
